Sales Lead & Brand Ambassador

Salary: $45k to 85k

Qualifications:

 

Prior hospitality experience. Great communication skills. Great front-of-the-house skills. Must be willing to travel towards daily sales calls. Ability to report back to management towards the daily activity.

Host

We are looking for the right people to join our team as a Host.

Requirements:

 

  • Demonstrate genuine hospitality and set the stage for an exceptional dining experience by making every single guest feel welcome upon arrival.

  • Engage in friendly conversation as you seat guests in a timely fashion.

  • Make reservations when guests call or in-person.

Requirements:

 

  • Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.

  • Helps patrons select food and beverages by presenting menu; offering cocktails and aperitifs; suggesting courses; explaining the chef's specialties; identifying appropriate wines; answering food preparation questions.

  • Transmits orders to bar and kitchen by recording patrons' choices; identifying patrons' special dietary needs and special requests.

  • Keeps kitchen staff informed by noting timing of meal progression.

  • Serves orders by picking up and delivering patrons' choices from bar and kitchen; delivering accompaniments and condiments from service bars.

  • Responds to additional patron requirements by inquiring of needs; observing dining process.

Busser

Bussers provide a very important role in our restaurant. They keep the beat of the place going and ensure the tables are prepared immediately for the next party. They also ensure the guests are attended to if the wait staff is busy. They also restock utensils, napkins and see to other dining room needs.

 

We will train you. Busser, Busboy, Busperson is generally offered as a part time restaurant job. Prior experience as a Busser, Busboy, Busperson, restaurant crew member, runner, food runner or other part time restaurant jobs is highly desirable.

 

Requirements:

Service Manager

Currently a Service Manager in a fine dining restaurant with a minimum of 2 years fine dining management experience in a high volume, full service, fine dining restaurant

 

Requirements:

 

  • This will be an exempt management position.

  • Great Leadership qualities, with comfort ability to manage staff of up to 50 employees.

  • Professional & positive attitude & personality

  • Must be familiar with local & California, federal labor laws, and law compliance and regulations

  • Degree in Hospitality Management/ Culinary Degree preferred

  • Passion for food, wine and service

  • High service standards, strong work ethic and attention to detail
